एसीबी /आर्थिक अपराध अन्वेषण ब्यूरो द्वारा लगातार छेड़े जा रहे व्यापक ट्रैप अभियान के तारतम्य में आज दिनांक 30.8.25 को एसीबी इकाई बिलासपुर को रायगढ़ जिले के खरसिया में आबकारी विभाग के उप निरीक्षक संतोष कुमार नारंग को खरसिया स्थित कार्यालय में 50000रुपए रिश्वत लेते हुए पकड़ने में सफलता हासिल हुई।घटना का विवरण इस प्रकार है कि दिनांक 20.8.25 को धर्मजयगढ़ जिला रायगढ़ निवासी सुनीत टोप्पो के द्वारा एसीबी इकाई बिलासपुर में इस आशय की शिकायत की गई थी कि दिनांक 19.8.25 को धर्मजयगढ़ क्षेत्र के आबकारी उप निरीक्षक संतोष कुमार नारंग ग्राम पंडरी महुआ गांव में उसके मां के निवास स्थान पर जाकर तुम लोग शराब बनाते हो बोलकर घर का सामान चेक करने लगे उस वक्त वह (प्रार्थी) स्वयं मा के पास था ।उसी दिन संतोष कुमार नारंग ने कुछ कागज में उसकी मां का हस्ताक्षर भी ले लिया और उसके बाद उससे और उसकी मां से कड़ी कार्यवाही से बचने के लिए 50000 रुपए की मांग की गई किंतु वह संतोष नारंग को रिश्वत नहीं देना चाहता बल्कि उसे पकड़वाना चाहता है। शिकायत का सत्यापन कराए जाने पर शिकायत सही पाई गई तथा ट्रैप की योजना तैयार की गई । आज दिनांक 30.8.25 को प्रार्थी को रिश्वत रकम 50000 रुपए आरोपी संतोष कुमार नारंग को देने हेतु आरोपी के पास भेजा गया जो आरोपी द्वारा रिश्वती रकम 50000 रुपए अपने क्षेत्राधिकार के खरसिया स्थित आबकारी कार्यालय में लेते ही उसे एसीबी की टीम द्वारा रंगे हाथों पकड़ लिया गया जिससे आसपास हड़कंप मच गया।पकड़े गए आरोपी से रिश्वत की रकम 50000 रुपए जप्त कर एसीबी के द्वारा उसके विरुद्ध धारा 7 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 के तहत कार्यवाही की गई। धर्मजयगढ़ और खरसिया क्षेत्र आरोपी के कार्यवाही क्षेत्राधिकार में आता है। गौरतलब है कि एसीबी के द्वारा भ्रष्ट अधिकारियों /कर्मचारियों की लगातार कार्यवाही की जा रही है इसी अनुक्रम में आज भी यह बड़ी कार्यवाही की गई ।। एसीबी सूत्रों ने स्पष्ट संकेत दिया है कि भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ यह कार्यवाही अनवरत जारी रहेगी।।
